The Baked Studio Wholesale Shipping Policy

1. UK Orders

• We arrange all shipping for UK wholesale orders.

• Free shipping is available on orders over £80 (ex VAT).

• Orders under £80 will incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed at checkout.

• Delivery times are usually 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the size of the order.

2. European Union (EU) Orders

• For EU wholesale customers, shipping is not automatically included at checkout.

• Please contact us directly to arrange a shipping quote and confirm applicable terms, duties, and taxes.

• All EU orders are supplied on an Ex Works (EXW) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Rest of World Orders

• For all orders outside the UK and EU, please contact us directly for a tailored shipping quotation and terms.

• Any duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Orders will be supplied on an Ex Works (EXW) basis unless otherwise agreed.

4. General Information

• We take great care to package orders securely, but please inspect goods upon delivery.

• Any shortages, damages, or delivery issues must be reported in line with our Returns Policy.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are delivered to the carrier.
