• Effortless and consistent every time - this ready-to-use powdered mix produces perfectly whipped, bright white meringue with minimal preparation.
• Ideal for a wide variety of meringue-based desserts and decorative applications.
• Retains its brilliant white colour and smooth texture after baking, delivering crisp, light shells with a delicious vanilla-caramel flavour.
• Made with ultra-fine sugar and high-quality egg white powder for a glossy, grain-free finish.

Instructions:

• Combine 100g of Meringue Mix with 32g of water.
• Whisk for approximately 10 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, firm and glossy.
• Pipe as desired and bake in the oven at 80°C for around 2 hours for medium-sized meringues (5 cm diameter).
